Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh cook (born on the 4th of October 1979) is an American model, actress, and singer. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is part of the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian and of Italian descent. Cook was seven years old when she appeared in a news announcement regarding foster care. When she was 10 years old, Cook began working as a child printer, appearing in nationwide Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
